About our static caravan

Welcome

Our caravan is a privately owned 3 bedroomed 8 person ABI Discovery. 

The caravan is 37ft x 12ft and is located on the Ty Mawr Park Resorts site at

It has one double and two twin bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Officially this would be a Gold Plus standard caravan as it contains the following facilities:

• Stunning double door opening (verandah will be installed during summer 2014)

• Optional Beds made up for arrival (when ordered separately)

Why book with us? 

One of the many advantages of booking directly with us is that you know, in advance, which caravan you are going to be booked into and where on the park it is situated. Our caravan is also our own holiday home so we take pride in looking after it. The caravan is checked and cleaned both before and after your stay by professional cleaners employed directly by us - this way we can ensure our high quality standards are maintained.

Who are we?

Sharon, Simon, Georgina and William - family based in Stockport, running our own IT Software business and trying to enjoy life. Very friendly family, always trying to have fun and welcoming of new friends into our fold.

What can't I do?

The caravan is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed. Other items you need to be aware of are covered in our Booking Terms and Conditions page

What do I need to bring with me?

All duvets & pillows are provided, Bed Linen however is not provided unless pre-ordered in advance. Many guests prefer to bring their own linen. You will need to bring your own towels, tea towels, loo roll, toiletries, hair dryer as required.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and full gas cooker. All pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc are also included.

Entertainment

Gas fire in the lounge with an LCD TV with DVD/Video player alongside the fireplace. We have also included our Playstation One console with a selection of retro games to keep the kids entertained.

There is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a shower room, washbasin and a toilet.

Additional features:

• All bedrooms have wardrobes and overbed storage
• Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted to the caravan for your safety.

Entertainment passes for the park are not included in the price but details will be sent separately to you once you have booked. Entertainment Passes are not required to stay in our caravan, but will be required to use the main park facilities such as the arcade, entertainment hall, pub and swimming pool.

WE ASK THAT YOU LEAVE THE CARAVAN CLEAN AND TIDY.

Please don’t smoke inside the caravan and treat it with the same respect you would expect guests to treat your own home. We hope you enjoy your stay and ask that you leave the caravan in as good a condition as you found it for others to enjoy.

Gas and Electricity is included in the price but please be responsible in usage. 

We also require a £50 refundable damages and breakages deposit. This will be returned to you within 7 days once the caravan has been checked following your departure.  Any soiling to mattresses as a result of wet damage of any description will automatically result in loss of damage deposit and should substantial damage be discovered, we reserve the right to claim further damages from you. 

Payments are accepted by internet bank transfer, cash or PayPal - PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge to cover costs - payments need to clear our bank before bookings are confirmed.

Lead person must be over 21. Couples and family groups only, sorry but no all Male or Female parties allowed.
